Have you ever seen someone park in a handicap spot  and hop out completely fine?  Apparently it happens more than you’d think.  So much in fact that Sonoma County Sherif’s always end up issuing a ton of tickets to people who can’t prove that they are handicapped. Watch the border patrol agent try to flex is government ID. lol nub.
