Can you remember your first excruciating belly flop?  I remember mine like it was yesterday.  At around 5 years of age I decided that I was ready for the high dive.  After plummeting to the water I remember them having to pull me out because I started crying which caused me to sink.  Quite a scare for my mom that day who in the end pretty much told me to walk it off.
