This Florida doctor got pulled over for a DUI.  Things quickly go from bad to ugly when he starts accusing the officers of stealing his money.  Then he decided to play “pin the forehead on the window” as he smashed his cranium against the glass of the police cruiser.  As if that wasn’t enough, he also nearly kicked out the door.  umad bro?
