A young Atlanta woman was picking up her child from daycare and had decided to park her car next to a Rav4. The Rav4 had tinted windows and a woman with braided hair appeared to be inside. The victim decided that it was probably another mom waiting for her kid, so she left her car unlocked and went inside to pick up her child.

It wasn’t until after she got home that she realized her purse had been stolen.  Lucky for her, the thug was dumb, and took a picture of himself on his newly stolen phone.

Unfortunately this thug didn’t know that he was using an iPhone that had an app which automatically uploaded pictures to the user’s Facebook wall. The young mother immediately recognized the suspect.

“oh, this is the person that I saw right next to me, but it’s a guy, not a girl.”

Lmfao. So much self ownage here I don’t know where to start. Police are confident they will catch the thief with the excellent resolution of the image.

Thanks Steve Jobs. You may be gone, but you’re still helping bring thugs to justice.
