Summary: Two brothers were playing with their Beyblades in the bathtub and ended up completely destroying it. Can you blame them though? They’re little kids. They were just having fun. Long story short, their parents put the toys up on Ebay to pay for the broken tub. Here is the original auction.

A few hours later…
This picture then started circulating on 4chan, so the hive decided to stick up for the children by taking over the ebay auction. The bids got up to $500,000 before eBay finally had enough and removed the auction. It’s OK kids, looks like you will keep your Beyblades after all!

Kids gotta learn. Once again, the pansy-ass, over-sensitive Sally’s of the world have gotten their way. These kids can now feel free to do whatever they like, and get away with it. This will be awesome when they become adults and have the same mentality. Can’t wait.
Way to go, dummies. I should have only been so lucky to just have my toys sold… instead, my Dad preferred to turn my ass black and blue for days. Guess what, it worked. I now know the difference between right and wrong.

‘Cept now you’re on the Internet trying to force your beliefs on society through commenting on one story. So, looks like your dad wasn’t that good after all.

“instead, my Dad preferred to turn my ass black and blue for days.”
You may want to be careful with statements like that on the Internet…
Though, I do agree that perhaps had this gone through without interference, the kids would have learned the very unfair lesson that there are very real consequences to their actions. I mean, what happens when you can’t pay back the bank money you borrowed? They take your shit and sell it. Same thing applies here.

Sound like your daddy sucks the cock. Do you know what the internet is? Do you know 4chan? A lot of people there are über trolls but are real people. Those kids are just that: kids. This is the gigantic force that is 4chan working together to help these kids. And I’m sure all of that $500,00 isn’t going to the kids. Bills? Paid off. New bathtub? Hell, let’s buy 5.

How the hell did that thing destroy a piece of hardened porcelain? Or do they just have a super, super cheap bathtub?

None of this would’ve happened if the parents hadn’t pull a dick-move by including that photo and tried to get sympathy bucks out of it.

I wanna know why the parents didn’t know what the kids were doing when they ruined the bathtub? If they were decent parents they would’ve been keeping an eye on them and it wouldn’t have happened. But no…they’re shitty parents so the kids will be punished for something they probably didn’t know was wrong. I hope the kid on the right runs them down on his tricycle….

So, these kids were going to be punished for not realizing that their toys would ruin the bathtub. But those parents were too dumb to realize that themselves, so why hold the kids to a higher standard? Arbitrary jerks don’t deserve to have children. Children ruin things, that’s their nature. It is the parent’s responsibility to ensure that children don’t destroy anything expensive.
Too bad the kids probably never heard that the internet defended them from their unjust, negligent parents.

I blame the spoon factory for making our country fat. 4chan mostly /b/ did a great job, I’m pretty sure they will see what was done for them, no doubt. Maybe they will be the next Ted Williams…
