This isn’t mainstream Indian cinema, which they call Bollywood. This is a f*cked up South Indian movie … they hate mainstream Bollywood and enjoy weird stuff like this.

Its a telugu movie by name Alluda Majaka. Telugu is one of the south Indian languages. Tollywood or the Telugu movie industry have a lot of movies which has scenes like this one. The hero (horse guy) has a wide fan following all over Andhra Pradesh( a South Indian state where Telugu is spoken). He has even floated a Political Party.
