Mindy Lynn Neugebauer is your average 26 year old pothead. On Thursday night she scored “the good herb” and decided to smoke out with her friend. Unfortunately when she fired off a text saying come “hit this stuff” she had inadvertently sent it to a police officer.

A police report said Chris Counts, an agent with the District III Drug Task Force, received an apparent wrong-number text message from Mindy Lynn Neugebauer, 26, of Magnum, Okla., offering a “hit of this stuff,” referring to illegal drugs, the Altus (Okla.) Times reported Thursday.

Mindy, who was now like a deer caught in headlights tried to explain to the officers that she only had that one joint in her house. Unfortunately for her, she liked to dabble with the nose candy too, and cops later found it as well.

Neugebauer was arrested on felony charges of possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of a controlled drug with the intent to distribute. She was jailed in lieu of $25,000 bond.

Looks like her night of hotboxing is going to be stretched out into a few months of box chowing. Write us from jail Mindy!
