Internet Piracy has always been illegal, and in most countries; just not under the laws it is today. There are currently laws specifically regarding internet piracy – whereas before, internet piracy, like any other forms of piracy, were illegal under general laws not specifically pertaining to the internet, such as the copyright laws and piracy laws.

Can’t believe you guys couldn’t do a little more research on why pot became illegal. The cotton growers were threatened by the cheaper, easier to grow hemp crop. They had a much more powerful lobby in Washington and used the whole “reefer madness” as an excuse to banning it.

Not sure abut the rest, and apparently CA is full of morons (ok, that’s a given), but 1)in most places the only time you need a gun permit is to carry a concealed weapon. You can carry it in the open as long as it is not in a threatening manner; 2) Prostitution is in fact ilegal in most places, as most places realize the corrosive nature of illicit sex on the johns and abuse of girls, many underaged) by pimps; 3)Fireworks are banned in many communities (mostly anal retentive ones) but are generally legal in unincorporated areas or nearby towns; 4) Most bans on smoking in public places exempt places like bars and strip joints; 5) Marijuana was never legal in our lifetimes, or that of our parents. Hemp was making inroads in replacing paper for some industrial applications, and Jihn Hearst (Hearst Newspapers) had strong interests in paper production. He waged a campaign to scare the public of the effects of weed (“Reefer Madness”) and to effect the ban of the plant.

So, 8 activities cited, 4 just plain wrong and 1 just poorly investigated. You must be a Democrat.

I don’t know if the legal department things are jokes but they ruined the reading a bit, I hope it was just a joke … what is somebody going to sue this random website?
