These little bastards filled an entire garbage can full of water, leaned it against this poor guy’s door, and rang the bell. Ahh today’s youth, at least it wasn’t a flaming bag of shit sir.

Good catch on that one.
Today’s camcorders can pick that up stuff up easily. Mine’s a cheap one one, and I have no doubt it would pick that up.
Also its the dead of night I’m assuming….so less traffic, background noise etc etc…
