Italy seems pretty cool. This doesn’t even look like an actual caution sign because “attenzione” means “attention” no? It’s more of a friendly heads up. Sort of like “Hey, stop searching through your iPod for a minute, you’re about to roll up on some hoes.”

@Josh: Except that it actually is. The Italian word for a prostitute is “prostituta”; the plural is “prostitute”. The sign means “attention, prostitutes”.

Let me encourage you to put your sarcasm aside and consider the moral issues behind human slavery. The prostitutes you speak of are as young as 14 years old, sold by more than one person and threatened almost every day of their lives.
