First round- silva was landing kicks had a nice take down and pushed the action, he was caught up at the end but won the round, WTF were the judges watching? 10-9 silva
Second- Rich rocked silva once, silva then had franklin the whole round, silva rocked franklin 3 times that round 10-9 silva
Third- We all have no doubt about that, silva almost put it away 10-9 silva

Franklin is better at this point in his career at any time that wanderlei. Just different styles. Hes a brawler and thats about it
I Believe That Silva Had a Very Great first Round, And I Believe He Wont First Round, Second Round Was Franklin And He Rebounded Great, Third Round Silva Left It All In The Cage. My Opinion Silva Is The Winner, But People Have Different Opinions On The First Round And Look At Different Things In Different Views. Good Fight For Both Of Them And Both Arn’t In There Prime So As Of This Stage In There Careers The 2 Are Just About Even!

Silva created more and damaged franklin more. I can see the drop in weight played a key in Silvas conditioning. Silva has had some bad luck here lately. He won this fight to bad the refs didnt see that.

I wanted Silva to win this fight, but that is what happens when you leave it up to the judges. Quite honestly Rich Franklin looked like he was imitating Lyoto Machida w/o the Karate. And you know what it worked. He made Wanderlei come to him and when they engaged he landed his shots then backed off, much like Lyoto does. Quite honestly I think training with Anderson Silva won him this fight not the judges (Anderson trains time to time with Lyoto). However I feel the same as many of the German fans who were booing the decision, that The Axe Murderer did win.

HMMMMM I have it franklin silva draw. it was a good fight. Im not a huge fan of either fighter but do like both. Franklin really controlled the first round but silva dominated the sesonc and the third round the only thing Franklin did was the one takedown on which he did nothing so if I had to chose I would have given it to silva for being more aggressive and landing more shots

Are you guys kidding, based on sheer punches alone franklin dominated silva. Sure he got hit hard a few times but that doesnt determine who wins the fight if franklin controlled the fight. Franklin dodged most of the blows and picked him apart. I dont know if u guys watched the same fight, but franklin literally knocked him on his ass 3 or 4 times by rocking him even though silva recovered quickly. Franklin didnt get kncoked down once from a punch even though he was rocked a few times. The logic you guys are using is that if someone lands 30 punches to the opponents 100 punches but hit harder on a few of those than he would win the fight which doesnt make any sense. Learn the rules of the UFC before you bitch.

K I ve been a Rich franklin Fan for a long time and was wishing he would crush Anderson Silva both times. but he hasnt been the same since Anderson broke his nose in first fight. Wanderlei has sort of the same issue he hasnt been the same since Crocop Kicked him in the head. But cmon the judges were a little Biased here, Silva won the first round second round was even no clear winner and silva won the third round. Franklin and Silva should do it again If I was Rich I wouldnt accept it and ask for a rematch. Good for Rich but all you other guys who claim to be Franklin fans a real fan doesnt take these kind of bullshit wins least I dont no-one can win em all and rich will do great moving up. But he knows he didnt win this one.
Bitch Franklin lost this one…..this is mma not boxing, Rich threw a lot of weak punches and ran Silva was clearly the dominant fighter and took the 2nd and 3rd rounds comfortably, I’d also give him the 1st. The Axe was ripped of in this one.

I saw it your way as well. Not a good decision, you would think that the judges error/s would put it to a split decision…but to have it so wrong is reckless (or incompetent).
franklin won. by a unanimous decision. not even split. the ufc judges know more than you do or you would be in their position.

What a pathetic fight! It is so sad to watch the quality of the MMA fights deteriorate every year. The fighters in this sport do not look like professional athletes at all! I see in the future a giant event where UFC merges WFA and it is all over with professional full contact fighting. UFC is no longer worth the time to download, let alone pay-per view!
