This is a famous bar at the Lake of the Ozarks in Missouri. They play on the word’s and their tshirts actually sport a dick and balls mascot named “Dick”. The minnow shot is a shot in which they place a live minnow in your choice of liqueur and you shoot it.
How long does it take for the minnow to die after you swallow it?

There’s a sign for Big Dick’s Halfway Inn on rte 78 in Pa too. I don’t remember if it says anything about minnows though.
I’ve actually been to this place. I live about 2 hours away from the lake of the ozarks, where this is located. They had to rename it a couple years ago though, cuz some old bitch complained about it being inappropriate. So now it’s just The Halfway Inn, but everyone calls it Big Dicks.
I randomly saw a bumper sticker for this same place today that read:
