Huh, that’s funny, I’ve never met anyone that objected. I guess it just depends on how confident you are and how good your relationship is. Or maybe it is because I have never insisted, nor have I “accidentally” pushed there. I tell them what I’m in the mood for, and they go ooh, never done that before, be careful, and then I go ahead and proceed carefully.
And then I fuck the shit out of them.
