In regards to the middle easter culture using left hand, here is the deal, they used the left hand to hold the stone/paper/cloth to wipe their ass, not just the bare hand.
Right now, Water is commonly used to clean, a pot is held with right hand and poured and left hand is used to assist water to clean the feces, leftovers are then wiped with left hand. Next time, do some real research instead of copy pasting from bullshit websites.
