Notice that the suspect about to be tasered is already in cuffs. Time to ask the question why are you tasering this individual?
I’m sure it’s an incredible power trip to stand behind your badge tasing people into submission and hearing them scream. It’s even more of a rush when they’re already in handcuffs, already submissive, and there’s absolutely nothing they can do about it.
Why do they tase him while he’s already pinned down and handcuffed? Because they can.

i think its you with a double digit iq. youre blind to the fact that this guy was running from the police putting public’s safety in danger by evading arrest. and its called an accidental discharge which means he didnt shoot his taser at the suspect in handcuffs because hes on a power trip. HE SHOT HIMSELF…..HENCE ACCIDENTAL DISCHARGE
Accidental discharge? You mean like, cops being reckless? That’s even scarier than my assertion that he pulled the trigger on purpose. But I disagree with that scenario. Accidental aiming is more likely what happened, or maybe one of the darts ricocheted.
But I agree with you in saying the fact that he led the cops on a chase had everything do with it.
That’s one sure way to piss off the cops, and when they finally catch you, they’ll take out all their aggressions on you – sick depraved uncontrolled bastards that they are. Just ask Rodney King about that point.
Cops all around the country have been tazering downed criminals and sometimes (to many times) regular civilians now idk what the cop was doing with his tazer out, and he was probaly putting it back but when a cop tazes himself im going to believe thats karma.
The taser was not simply “out.” If it discharged, he was also pulling the trigger on it.
