The last 10 seconds or so are the best.

  5. Piki says:

Sorry, guys… That’s an act of cruelty. Let living animals die in the freezer.

  6. Ensey says:

Lol Piki chill – it wasn’t the freezer, it’s just a normal fridge and they will die by being boiled alive.. Act of cruely? Hah, it’s called cooking my dear :)

    Piki got owned.

  9. Piki is a Pussy says:

    Piki, think before you type.

    1. They would not die in a fridge/freezer, rather they would sleep.

    2. As Ensey stated, being boiled to death will be the cause.

    3. Spare a thought for all the things you kill each day. We all kill, every day. Why should size matter?

  10. ... says:

    1. They could die, but if not its still cruel
    2. Yeah thats pretty cruel to me
    3. Just because we all kill every day (apparently) doesn’t mean its acceptable. At all.

@ Ensey : cooking doesn’t normally involve cooking things live; the things are normally killed pretty painlessly

  11. James says:

Interesting how worked up people get about lobsters being boiled.

Vertebrates (i.e. animals with spinal cords) are the only class of animals that possess C-fibres in their nervous systems – the nerve fibres responsible for the sensation we humans call pain.

Lobsters and other crustaceans have nerves that can tell them they’re being damaged and to move away, but they certainly can’t feel “pain” the way that humans or other vertebrate animals do.

  12. Lydia says:

When lobsters are cooked they can’t feel anything. They have no nerves. You hear a screaming, but all it is is air escaping from their shells.

  13. Pikiti says:

Just because they dont scream, it doesnt mean they dont fell. poor little animals.

Some times I wish i was a vegetarian!
