Digg.com readers vs Break.com viewers

As I’m sure all of you know, I’m an avid break.com user.  When I’m not posting your drunken stories, I’m usually on the prowl for some good fail videos.  Between break and college humor – I keep myself busy watching drunk chicks act dumb, motorcycle mishaps, or a good prank.

I do have a soft spot though, and the other day I decided to post the following video:

Cat doesn’t let dog eat – Watch more free videos

Shortly after posting, I decided that this video would be a hit among digg readers.  I was right.  However, the break community felt a bit different.

I’m not saying that the digg community is a bunch of angels (we’ve all seen the guys who want to bury everything to China) but its definitely a better place to share your animal videos.

A nice way of asking for a digg: Hey man can you give my story a digg and maybe a shout?

A nice way of asking for a thumb on break: Thumb this shit bitch, all ur vids suck lulz

Typical comment on Digg: “Good find, my thoughts are…” Insert relevant reason for digging or burying.

Typical comment on Break: “rofl I’d f*ckn kill that punk” Insert racial slur, make a jab at fat Americans, let someone know you will be having intercourse with their mom and/or sister.

Final thoughts: break.com attracts more douchebags than digg.com

RAWR at this video! Dogs are supposed to win over cats isn’t it? On regards with the video, it’s a nice analogy to differentiate Digg to Break. Seriously I haven’t heard of Break till I saw this post. I’m sure heading there in awhile :)

that cat was the keeper of the food and was rocking that dog :-D

I also prowl the collegehumor website for funny and entertaining videos. I’ve never checked out break.. im going to have to check it out. Based on your expieriences I will probably refrain from posting any animal videos over there lol. I give props to the dog for never giving up! Interesting article, thanks.

  12. Katie says:

I didnt really find that funny atall, poor dog! they should be stopping the cat from swiping it rather than moving the biscuit infront of the cat, thus meaning the dog is swiped more. disgusting!
